About \/ Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Happy Chi Academy is a not for profit community club<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not charge for virtual classes. However, for in person classes, fees are required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Joseph Breitner believes in spreading health through Tai Chi and other Internal Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Happy Chi Academy is open to teach at any location in Vaughan area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n About Tai Chi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Tai Chi exercises your whole body and mind. Practiced diligently, Tai Chi can improve your circulation, flexibility and balance leading to improved health and sense of greater vitality. Sometimes called a \u201cmoving meditation\u201d it is also beneficial for your mind, as you learn and practice new things while moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Research from Harvard Medical School<\/a> supports that Tai Chi exercises may lead to greater muscle strength and flexibility. Additional research shows evidence connecting Tai Chi with increased balance control<\/a> and lessened chronic pain<\/a>, particularly for cases of osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and lower back pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Weekly zoom classes are complementary (dates are flexible depending on class size).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Classes Include: Tai Chi foundation exercises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
